And training for the diva half begins

So glad to get back to running! It's been so long my lungs felt like they may hsve been on fire! Did triceps and chest weights after this run arms feel like J E L L O still.  
Loving these shoes! 

Cross training on my schedule for today but working a 16 soooo guess I'll call this my "rest" day althought ill likely get 10 miles of steps walking around the hospital instead.
