On the Weight loss front I am struggling! Ran a 10 k race 3 THREE 3 weeks ago and have barely exercised since..... I guess I thought that would last a while?!?!! Lol. Back in the saddle this week tho! I've started Jillian's 30day shred....again. I'm awfully sore for just a 20 minute workout so it works!
I made my meals for lunches Sunday and it's awesome! It's the spinach lasagna rolls from skinny taste http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/02/spinach-lasagna-rolls.html?m=1 they rock and are SO easy!
