So I bought this big bag of apples at SAMs and they are not my kind of apples. I usually buy gala apples I like them kinda soft not break your teeth crunchy and so if course these new ones are break your teeth crunchy.... So I cut it up sat here and thought hmmmm cinnamon apples sound so good! We have a little oven thing here at work but I don't have a pan or foil so that was out. So I thought wonder if it'll work in the microwave..... So I thru them in my bowl sprinkled with granular Splenda and cinnamon mixed together and sprayed with no cal wanna be butter and microwaved it for 2.5 minutes yum!!!! So now I totally feel like I had apple pie for my pre lunch run fuel---so good! 4miles on my lunch agenda:)

I read a Facebook post by a teammate, on the relay, that has me a little worried. He was commenting on another teammates post about a 3 mile run in 30 minutes (wish i was at 10 minute miles) on an injured knee, saying that that's a good pace for a beginner or a seasoned runner and that hopefully all of our team can keep that pace...... The more I think about it the more it sort of irritates me really! Hope pray this doesn't turn into something I will regret doing because I'm really looking forward to it! I'm just going to put it out of my mind. We all open mouth insert foot hopefully he's not an arrogant ass like it sounded....;)
