Not giving up.... I won't sit here and make excuses. I ate too much along with sitting on my ass with my sore knee...I walked but I'm used to running so I think I got this welp I might as well eat, I can't exercise which is THE STUPIDEST attitude to get and I know it but hey I didn't get up there in weight doing the smartest things.
Ice and Ktape are helping this knee woohoo!! It just plain sucks when u get to where you CAN run and u WANT to run and even ENJOY it, but u can't cuz ur knee hurts! It's an ahhhh today that I feel like I can run! So ready! I've brought my clothes to run on my lunch everyday this week but haven't been out yet! Think ill be good to go this evening so ready!
In other news I have decided I want to do a triathlon. No idea where to start but I'm fixing to find out ;) I'm not a strong swimmer or even a swimmer but I was told I can backstroke, doggie paddle anything that'll get me there in the water just not drown so I'm gonna give it a triiii lol yea I'm a dork:). Have to look up how long I have to get my doggie paddle down before the triathlon here...and find a bike I think they might laugh at me if I do it on my beach cruiser type bike lol! If u know anything about this or have any tips I'm all ears ;)
Going to join the y here so I can train in the pool and try out some yoga and other Classes. Haven't done a yoga class before. I like to burn calories lots of them and looking up the calorie burn for a yoga class makes me think nah but I'm gonna try it anyway...... I Need stress relief.

How exciting that you're considering a tri! If you can find one that uses a swimming pool, that's a great way to start if you're not extremely comfortable in the water. I've only done one, but happy to answer questions along the way. :)
