Anyway weighing 182.6 right now.... Joined big D and Bubbas dietbet the other day so I'm wanting my dang fifty bucks back! (Took a picture for the weigh in but I guess it doesn't save to your phone when you are in the app) 

I'll be weighing in on Tuesdays :) I'll need y'all for accountability! 

 Then I read on a blog today how one girl in this one diet bet won the pot by herself! How cool would that be! I mean not for the ones that didn't lose their weight but to win back more than your money!  That motivated me even more!!

Not really sure why I think I can go there on my lunch and not be late! Duhhhh never happens!! 

While I was there I overheard a lady saying " I just buy a bunch of random crap" lol welcome to target where they have the cutest random crap ever! Lol

I did run/ walk yesterday! I started a 5k program in nike plus. If you have it and want to be friends I'd love that!!  I think my user name is price1027.... 

The program called for 1.5 miles so I kinda over did that but I wanted to and it felt good so I went with it!  Little sore today but it's a good sore! Today says cross training so I will either do the elliptical at home or go to the gym and lift upper body and do the elliptical there. Hoping for the latter of the two but with the three angel babies I got to do what works:).  

Did good yesterday on eats as well! One day at a time! Or hour. Or minute..... 

I don't know why I make all these excuses not to run I feel so dang good when I'm done!

Tuesday .....it's the new Monday!!

Starting today i am a runner again! I'm going out to run at lunch!

 I had in my head a goal of a half marathon and I did not follow through. I am disappointed about that fail BUT I've realized that I need some baby steps not a freaking leap! 

  I've done a half marathon before so I thought hell I can do that distance again! Well thinking on it a while I've come to the conclusion that a 5k then 10k leading up to it would probably be a smarter idea! 

I need to slow down and stop having this all or nothing attitude!  I've always been that way with my fitness!  If it's not x amount of time.... It's just stupid and not worth anything..... Typing that I realize how stupid that thought process is!  Uggg!  

So I'm starting today this awesome TUESDAY!! 

Getting back to eating better as well.... The Reese's eggs are the devil..... Food prep food prep food prep!!! 

It's going to be a good day! A great week!
